This site is sponsored by Granite Publishing in order to exchange opinions and information about rock climbing, ice climbing, bouldering and related activities. To become a Member and be allowed to post on this site, you will be asked to provide your full name, address, phone number, and e-mail address which will be used solely for registering on this site. You will be allowed to have up to five posting names (aliases) to use. Your information is private; we do not resell or share this information. If you provide false or misleading information, you will not be approved.

Granite Publishing does not actively monitor the contents of postings (messages) on this site, and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, usefulness, or representations of any messages posted. By using this site, you remain solely responsible for the content of your messages and agree to hold Granite Publishing and their agents harmless with respect to any claim based upon your message. Postings are solely the opinions of the posting party.

By joining as a Member, you agree that you will not use this site to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, libelous, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law. You agree not to post any copyrighted material without prior consent. We reserve the right to delete any message at any time, for any reason we deem valid. If Granite Publishing determines that you are not in agreement with these rules, we will permanently terminate your posting privileges. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us by e-mail. We have the ability to remove messages and will do so, within a reasonable time, if we determine that removal is necessary. This is a manual process, however, so realize that it is not possible to remove particular messages immediately.

And finally, by agreeing you are stating that you realize climbing and related activities are dangerous. Engaging in rock climbing, ice climbing or bouldering could result in injury or possibly death. Granite Publishing is not responsible for any harm that may be caused by climbing as a result of use of this site.
